🌌 The Arrow of Time on the Odyssey
From an electron on Earth to a heartbeat in space.
When science meets a cosmic voyage to Mars.

Aboard the Odyssey, Pixelia studied the quantum displays. The ship’s systems whispered of an experiment once performed on Earth: scientists at IBM had persuaded a particle to reverse the arrow of time — to flow backward, if only for an instant.
To humans it sounded impossible, like unbreaking a glass or making spilled wine return to its bottle. Yet, in the realm of the quantum, rules can bend. With the right algorithm, disorder gave way to order, and an electron returned to its origin. An echo traveling back into the mouth that spoke it.
Pixelia smiled. “If the universe can be convinced to rewind itself, even for a fraction of a heartbeat,” she thought, “then perhaps our voyage to Mars is not just forward. Perhaps it is also a dialogue with time itself.”
Outside the window, the red planet grew larger — not just a destination, but a question: Is time a line, or a loop waiting to be rewritten?
