Do not be anxious for your life — what you will eat, or what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing?

Look at the birds of the air:
they do not sow, they do not reap, they do not store in barns, and yet your Father in heaven feeds them.
Are you not worth much more than they?

So breathe, and let the wind carry your faith.
For the same hand that guides the sparrow also holds the sky above you.
